Ode to Sierra

"When you bring a dog into your life, you begin a journey - a journey that will bring you more love and devotion that you have ever known, yet also test your strenght and courage. If you allow, the journey will teach you many things about life, about yourself and most of all about love. You will come away changed forever, for one soul cannot touch another without leaving its mark."

On January 16, 2010 we rescued our girl Sierra from a local shelter.

We are sooooo sad!!!!! Our sweet sister and companion of 4 years went to Rainbow Bridge on the morning of May 4, 2013. For 6 weeks she was fighting a debilitating disease that affected her nervous system. She was only about 6 years old. You left way to early my little Sierra. You will be missed but we know that you are now with Dakota who was probably going crazy so see you at the Bridge. One day we will see you again Sweet Sister

Sierra RIP

RIP in peace Sisiwami
